Homewood Suites Hotel located in Dover, NH at 21 Members Way is looking for a Part- Time Hotel Maintenance Tech.
The Hotel Maintenance Tech is responsible for helping with the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds and the operation of its equipment and working with the Maintenance Engineer as needed and on property projects. Pay: $18 - $20 Per Hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews maintenance problems, complaints, and work orders to prioritize and schedule work assignments.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning electrical/mechanical systems and equipment to candidates level of ability.
- Inspects property to identify potential and current needs.
