Ads Strategist - Marketing Industry
Role: Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)
Hours: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM CST
Location: Remote (Philippines / Latin America/ Eastern Europe)
USD Salary: $2,000 –$3,000 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to enhance our team. This role demands a candidate proficient in creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across a diverse client base. It's essential to have a solid understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and the Meta Business Suite. The ideal candidate should be results-driven with a proven ability to create successful ad campaigns and enhance organic social media engagement. Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable in client-facing roles, regularly interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting campaign results and strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development and Management:
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager.
- Manage 20+ ad accounts, ensuring optimal structure and performance.
- Create compelling ad creatives, including copywriting and image selection.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze performance data to drive campaign improvements.
- Present detailed campaign performance reports to clients.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
