Veterinary Assistant / Client Care - No Nights! No Weekends!
Companions Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Assistant / Client Care Representative who enjoys both hands-on patient care and working with people.
This is the perfect role for someone who likes variety, stays busy and is comfortable moving between our medical and client care teams. One part of your day may include assisting with appointments and treatments, while another may involve helping clients, answering phones or keeping the schedule moving. Both are critical to helping pets and the people who love them.

Our team works hard, supports one another and genuinely enjoys working together. We’re open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.—no nights, no weekends.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome clients, answer phones and schedule appointments
- Assist with check-in, discharge, invoicing and payments
- Help manage client communication, appointment flow and schedule openings
- Maintain accurate medical reco
