About the role 

We're looking for an experienced People Advisor to join us on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You'll have ownership of our day-to-day People function, working independently as the sole People professional, so you'll need to be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves on the operational side and being a trusted advisor to managers when they need guidance.

That breadth is what makes this role interesting. One moment you'll be processing a contract amendment or liaising with payroll; the next, a manager will come to you because someone on their team has been off sick for weeks and they're not sure how to handle it. You're the person they turn
