We are a small but mighty team serving coffee out of our stores in six German cities, and we are expanding quickly. We are currently looking for a Store Manager in Cologne to work directly with our Leadership Team.
The Role: As a Store Manager at LAP Coffee, you will be instrumental to the success of our brand in Cologne, where we aim to become the largest name in coffee. What You Will Do: You will own the day-to-day success of one LAP store. You will lead the team, organize shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and keep operations running smoothly.
