What You Will Do
- Lead the Talent Engineering organization, spanning 50+ engineers and managers across a portfolio of customer-facing products. Making thoughtful tradeoffs across customer needs, product priorities, and engineering investment.
- Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders across Lattice Engineering while continuing to raise the bar for leadership, execution, and organizational health.
