HR Associate (supporting global HR operations)

Laundryheap is a global on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning company operating across the UK, India, Singapore, Dubai, France and Slovenia. Our People team keeps a fast-growing, multi-country business running smoothly. We're looking for an HR Associate to be the operational engine behind it.

Reporting to HR Ops, you'll own the day-to-day, high-volume work that makes HR run: onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle admin, payroll support, reporting, and HR and office coordination.

What you'll do:

1. Onboarding: Own onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1, so every new hire has a smooth, well-documented start.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, who handle documentation and background verification up to the offer
• Track post-offer BGV completion and escalate discrepancies to the relevant manager, keeping HR Ops informed
• Coordinate ID cards, WeWork parking and card access with IT and facilities
• Collect salary, bank, PF and UAN details from new joiners for processing
• Compile onboarding and 30-day feedback data for HR Ops to review and act on
2. Offboarding: Manage the administrative backbone of standard exits, maintaining accuracy and ensuring outbound communication is always reviewed before release.
