LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, spanning three brands: LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome. We've cleared $750M in bookings and turned a profit three years running. Founded in Austin in 2013, we're a team of about 180 that scales past 500 employees during peak season. The marketplace itself is easy to describe and hard to run well: a customer requests a recurring service, we price the job and match it to an eligible Pro, the Pro claims and completes the work, and we manage the ongoing relationship for the consumer across the maintenance services they need fulfilled.

The Role

This role owns marketplace dynamics. Pricing sits on one side, Pro incentives and supply planning on the other. This is a complicated multivariate equation that needs a person who can understand the complicated optimization of scaling markets profitably while driving happier customers and pros.
