JOB TITLE: ECP Analyst - Plausibility & Reconciliations – Isle of Man

SALARY: £28,776

LOCATION(S): Isle of Man

HOURS: Full-time, 35 Hours

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy. 

What you’ll be doing:

As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for our customers while supporting the effective management of operational activities.

You'll review customer information, investigate and resolve queries, process financial transactions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring all activities are completed in line with Group policies, controls and regulatory requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with detail and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, controls and customer experiences.

In this role you’ll:

  • Help customers by managing enquiries and cases through to resolution

  • Review customer information and documentation to identify next steps and support fair outcomes

  • Process payments, complete reconciliations and investigate discrepancies while maintaining accurate records

  • Create clear customer communications and escalate complex queries when specialist support is needed

  • Partner with colleagues across the business to provide guidance and share insights

  • Contribute to a strong risk and control environment while helping improve customer and colleague experiences.
