About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on two key areas: keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment journey and managing our pipeline of agency candidates so our Talent Acquisition team can spend maximum time proactively sourcing and hunting for talent internally.

You will play a central role in keeping recruitment moving at pace. From coordinating candidate communication and interview logistics through to tracking agency submissions, managing pipeline updates, and supporting candidate onboarding, your work
