Professional Services Consultant

This is a strategic and highly visible role that requires partnering with both external and internal teams, including Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and various Sales and Leadership roles. You'll analyze complex business processes and provide technical solutions to meet customer needs. By applying the LeanData Implementation Methodology, you'll translate LeanData products into solutions for real business challenges, ensuring value realization for our customers.

This role reports to the Director, Enterprise Professional Services and is based in our Santa Clara, CA office. You are required to be in office Mondays and Wednesdays each week.

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex business and system processes to build customized solutions for assigned customers on the LeanData platform, and lead technical implementations across multiple personas including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Salesforce Development.

• Drive successful transitions from implementation to customer success by aligning with CSMs on account health, open items, and customer goals, minimizing disruption and reinforcing customer confidence in LeanData.
