About the Role

Data powers nearly every part of Leap: launching new clients, identifying patients, coordinating care, sourcing drugs, and measuring savings. As we grow, more teams depend on our data platform, and their needs often compete for the same engineering capacity.

You’ll own the product direction and delivery of Leap’s data platform and integrations. A central part of your role will be bringing str
