We're a fast-growing, fully remote education company looking for motivated, results-driven Academic Sales Representatives to join our team.
This is an inbound sales role, not a cold-calling position. Families are already reaching out to Learner for academic support. Your role is to understand their needs, communicate the value of our tutoring services, overcome objections, and confidently guide qualified families toward enrollment.
We're looking for individuals who can build meaningful relationships while maintaining a strong sales mindset and consistently delivering results.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective students and families who have expressed interest in tutoring services.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand academic challenges, goals, and tutoring needs.
- Recommend appropriate tutoring solutions and clearly communicate their value.
- Confidently discuss pricing, handle objections, and close sales.
- Build trust and rapport through professional phone, text, and email communication.
- Proactively follow up with prospective families and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
