The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated career paralegal to join our high performing Trade Marks team on a full-time basis. This newly created role offers the chance to work with a growing number of Australian and international businesses across a wide range of industries, supporting them to protect, manage and enforce their brand assets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out trade mark searches and preparing and filing trade mark applications.
- Managing trade mark portfolios, including monitoring deadlines, providing regular updates to clients, and assisting with maintenance requirements.
- Liaising with clients throughout the trade mark application process.
- Supporting lawyers with evidence of use projects.
- Preparing and filing trade mark documentation with IP Australia, IP
