What can you expect?

A unique HR role with dual responsibility. On the one hand, you will act as the HR point of contact for your assigned business unit(s), advising leaders and employees on a broad range of HR topics so they can stay focused on what matters most. On the other hand, you will drive and coordinate HR processes and projects related to organization development, such as talent management, succession planning and strategic workforce planning. Thanks to your expertise, Legend Biotech will continue to build leading soft HR processes that truly support our people and our business.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• You will be the HR point of contact for your assigned business unit(s). You advise leaders and employees on HR procedures and more complex HR matters, acting as their trusted go-to partner for correct and timely guidance, while connecting them with the relevant Centers of Excellence, such as Talent Acquisition and Payroll, when needed.
• You coordinate soft HR projects within the field of Organization Development from A to Z. You take initiative, assess impact and bring structure throughout every phase. Your project management, communication and stakeholder management skills are key to creating a best-in-class HR approach.
