About the role

You'll drive LemFi's expansion across Ghanaian communities in the United States and Canada. This is a growth role built on travel, community, and hands-on execution. You'll spend 3 to 5 days every few weeks in a new US or Canadian city, representing LemFi at Ghanaian community events, building partnerships, and accelerating user acquisition. You're not running growth from a desk. You're embedded in the communities we serve, acting as both a strategic thinker and a ground-level operator.
