CLX Property Advocate, NL

We're looking for a CLX Advocate to help our Dutch customers through some of the most stressful moments they'll face as policyholders. You'll sit within our Claims Experience squad and own the full claims journey — from first report to resolution — making sure every interaction is fast, fair, and handled with real care. This job is for the most part remote, and we will ask you to come to the office once a week (and if needed).

In this role you'll

• Take ownership of the complex and sensitive claims that fall outside automated handling — the ones where judgment, empathy, and experience actually matter

• Handle claims end to end across email, phone, and app for our customers — from first report to resolution

• Investigate and settle claims
