Sr. Manager, Engineering Operations (PMO)

THE POSITION
LendingTree is hiring a Senior Manager, Engineering Operations & PMO to lead the team of agile project managers/delivery leads who support our engineering organization and own the operating rhythm that keeps the organization aligned and delivering predictably.
This highly cross-functional role blends people leadership, program management, and organizational operations. You’ll oversee delivery planning and prioritization, turn delivery and team-health signals into action, strengthen engineering processes, and partner closely with Technology, Product, Program Management, Analytics, and Finance. You’ll also help drive organizational engagement, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across Technology.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, sound judgment, and the ability to turn complex or scattered inputs into clear priorities, decisions, and actions.
