Jr. Associate Account Manager

Lessen, LLC is a venture-backed, privately held company with offices in Scottsdale and Chicago.  The Junior Account Manager is responsible for serving as a primary relationship owner of residential client accounts and exercising independent judgment to support business objectives, client strategy, and operational performance. This role serves as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and is accountable for analyzing account performance, recommending solutions, and driving execution across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial, operational, and client success goals.
