- $110K USD (U.S.-based candidates)

Description
We're looking for an Assistant Controller to own the accounting engine behind a growing performance marketing agency: the close, the collections, the payables, and the controls that keep all of it clean and reliable.

This Isn’t for Everyone.
This is a hands-on seat with real ownership. You will not be handed a perfectly documented process and told to maintain it. You will inherit some work that is messy, make it better, and then write it down so it stays better.
You will thrive here if you:
- Hold yourself to a high standard for accuracy, and hit the close calendar anyway
- Are comfortable jumping into the details of a reconciliation one hour and redesigning the workflow around it the next
