Compensation:

• $60K - $70K USD (U.S.-based candidates)
• $60K - $70K CAD (Canada-based candidates)

Level is looking for a Designer who can take an idea, a brief, or a rough concept and turn it into creative that actually performs. If you love the craft of design and the discipline of data in equal measure, this is your seat.

This Isn't for Everyone

This role moves fast, and it moves often. You'll juggle multiple live projects, tight platform specs, and feedback loops that don't wait around. You'll take direction well, but you'll also be expected to catch problems before they become someone else's problem.

Ambiguity is part of the job. Briefs won't always be complete. Specs will change mid-project. You'll need to make smart calls, ask sharp questions, and keep moving without losing quality along the way.
