About the Role

LevelTen Engineering is hiring a Program Manager, Engineering Operations to partner with the Technical Program Management function and help the engineering organization deliver more effectively. The role has two halves that reinforce each other. The first is hands-on program delivery: running internal engineering projects, tracking deliverables and timelines, building contingency plans, and navigating a matrixed organization where engineering resources are shared across competing priorities. The second is operational: supporting release operations, analyzing how we work, finding where we can improve, and building the data, documentation, and tooling to make those improvements st
