Job Description
The Junior Business Analyst will initially focus on the BRCGS Directory, building a good understanding of the platform, its users and the business processes it supports. Working alongside the Senior Business Analyst, Product Owner and software engineering team, you will help turn business needs into clear requirements and development work, support testing and help deliver improvements to the service.
This role would suit someone who is curious and analytical. You should be comfortable asking questions, understanding problems and looking for ways that processes and technology could work better.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to capably perform each of the following essential duties:
- Build a good understanding of our Directory platform and how it is used by internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner in understanding business and user needs and translating these into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
