Job Summary:
The Defect Control Engineer I, Process Technology, identifies battery cell defects caused by contamination and prevents recurrence through equipment and procedural improvements. The individual in this role will drive a focus on quality and continuous improvement in our battery electrode manufacturing clean room.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of improvements that reduce foreign particles using a structured problem-solving approach, such as lean Six Sigma, including:
