Job Title: Sr. Specialist, Procurement
Job Summary: The Senior Specialist, Procurement is responsible for managing indirect procurement activities, with a primary focus on construction, plant expansion, maintenance, equipment, MRO, and other production-supporting goods and services.
This position leads sourcing, supplier selection, cost analysis, contract negotiation, and procurement execution to optimize investment efficiency and strengthen the Company's overall cost competitiveness. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, global headquarters, contractors, and suppliers to ensure procurement activities meet business requirements for quality, cost, delivery, and schedule.
