Applications Administrator

That's how we’re able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do.   The Applications Administrator is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operation of Life.Church's portfolio of enterprise software and cloud platforms, keeping the organization's IT services running, accessible, secure, and well configured. The role functions as the operations layer for IT services, sitting between the IT Support team and the IT Engineering team. The role is the point of ownership for platforms once they are in production, translating user needs into platform configurations, resolving the issues that the Helpdesk escalates, and partnering with software vendors to solve problems that cannot be resolved internally.   The Applications Administrator utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.
