Human Resources Generalist

That's how we’re able to make a difference, and it's the driving force behind everything we do.   The Human Resources Generalist is primarily responsible the day-to-day operational functions that support the HR Team and the employee lifecycle. This role manages standard leave administration, owns onboarding and offboarding processes, administers pastoral licensure and housing allowance processes, drafts offer letters, and serves as the first point of contact for the HR Team to support the team and HR initiatives.   The HR Generalist will be the steady, organized hub that keeps HR operations running well. This role is a great fit for someone who finds joy in getting the details right and lights up when a process runs smoothly, making people feel cared for along the way. The ideal candidate brings warmth to every interaction, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the good judgment to protect confidentiality and know when to bring in an HR Partner.
