Role overview

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer who can combine motion design, video editing, graphic design, and product storytelling. You will create short-form videos, motion graphics, UGC edits, paid-social assets, product demonstrations, studio content, and supporting static designs.

This role must balance creative ideas with accurate products, clear hooks, strong pacing, platform requirements, and reliable delivery.

• Produce engaging motion and reel content for acquisition, retention, websites, and social channels.
• Create testable hooks, angles, edits, and visual variations from one brief.
• Identify winning angles and replicate converting ads measure by ROAS & engagement.
• Mastering AI tools to scale content velocity and fill content gaps.
• Improve content through feedback and performance learning.
• Support efficient in-house studio and content production.
• Deliver accurate, on-brand work on time.
