The opportunity
We're looking for a Customer Care Administrator to provide excellent customer service to our network, handling queries, resolving a wide range of customer requests and processing orders and changes. As a first point of contact for Lifeplus, you'll play an important role in representing our values and supporting positive customer relationships.
You'll handle both incoming and outgoing calls, using our Puzzel ticket management system to manage customer requests in line with company policies and service levels. You'll also have opportunities to build relationships with customers, support retention and contribute to the ongoing deve
