As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, now is the perfect time to join our clinical team!   Clinical Competencies: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate for the primary care setting including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with patients across the lifespan (ages 12+). Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and communicate these findings efficiently to other members of the care team. In collaboration with the patient and care team, candidates should be skilled in developing and implementing treatment plans that address the needs of the patient.
