Before applying, please confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.   Lightcast is seeking a collaborative, service-oriented Director of Internal Technologies to lead the systems, services, and technology capabilities that enable employees to do their best work. This leader will oversee IT support, enterprise applications, workplace technology, automation initiatives, and AI enablement across the organization. The Director of Internal Technologies will ensure that employees have access to secure, reliable, and efficient technology while identifying opportunities to improve productivity through process optimization, automation, and the practical adoption of emerging technologies. Reporting to the VP of Technical Operations, this leader will partner closely with stakeholders across the company to help teams take greater ownership of their technology and implement scalable solutions that support growth.
