About the Role As a Manufacturing Technician, you're a member of a production crew building Lightship's all-electric RVs from the ground up. Lightship manufacturing runs low-volume, new-product-introduction builds - work instructions aren't always mature, and part of the job is building correctly and safely even when the paperwork hasn't caught up yet.   You'll start by executing detailed instructions under close guidance, and grow into handling ambiguity, working across multiple stations, and making judgment calls engineering and quality can trust.
