About the role
Lilly is excited to bring new innovations to the field of Cardiometabolic Health (CMH). As a Brand Manager within CMH in Sweden, you will join a high-performing team driving the success of a dynamic, growing portfolio. In this role, you will own the commercial performance and strategic direction of your assigned brands, while also helping prepare the organization for upcoming innovations as they advance towards launch.
You will partner closely with fellow Brand Managers, the established CMH Brand Teams, and other stakeholders across the business to sustain the ongoing success of products already serving Swedish patients, while building affiliate readiness for future launches in line with global and regional frameworks. Acting as a key connector across these groups, you will help ensure that strategy, lifecycle management, and launch preparation stay aligned and are delivered with excellence.
Success in this role depends on fostering a CMH franchise mindset and strengthening a Team Lilly culture built on trust, empowerment, and accountability — across both office-based and field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities – Portfolio Brand Management
Own the marketing strategy and day-to-day brand management for your assigned brands within the broader CMH portfolio in Sweden, working alongside fellow Brand Managers.
Shape and evolve brand strategies by actively engaging with the external environment, including customer insights, market trends, and the evolving therapeutic landscape.
Champion innovative approaches to brand execution, working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful customer experiences across the portfolio.
Build trusted, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Balance day-to-day commercial delivery for in-market brands with contributing, where needed, to planning for future launches.
Take full ownership of projects and programs from ideation through approval, lifecycle management, and retirement.
Seek out and drive opportunities for innovation and collaboration across the Nordics and the Northern European Hub to increase efficiency, scale best practices, and unlock new ways of working.
Act with integrity and ensure full adherence to compliance standards in all activities.
Bring the Team Lilly framework to life in your everyday work — living our shared purpose and expectations: Include, Innovate, Accelerate, Deliver.
Additional Responsibilities – Contributing to Launch Preparation
Support the affiliate launch readiness process for future portfolio launches, in partnership with Nordic colleagues and global/regional launch leaders.
Collaborate with Market Access and Government Affairs to understand the evolving external environment for both current and future brands.
Contribute to cross-functional Affiliate Launch Readiness Meetings, helping track readiness and flag risks as needed.
Skills and Experience Required
Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience; exposure to launches is a plus but not a requirement.
Relevant education within health life science, business, marketing or equivalent
Cardiometabolic Health experience is beneficial but not required.
Demonstrated ability to make sound commercial decisions and maintain momentum amid incomplete information, shifting timelines, or evolving market/reimbursement conditions — comfortable adjusting plans as new data emerges rather than waiting for full clarity
Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple priorities across several brands at once.
Track record of delivering commercial results in dynamic or ambiguous environments, including periods of organizational change, pipeline uncertainty, or resource constraints
Experience developing multichannel and digital campaigns.
Strong compliance mindset and integrity.
Proficiency with Veeva (VVPM) and local pharma code.
Strong cross-functional engagement and relationship-building skills.
High energy, collaborative mindset, and ability to influence across teams and geographies.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
