About The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Government professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Egyptian public sector environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, administrative, compliance, public safety, social service, and community engagement challenges across government institutions. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within highly regulated and citizen-focused environments.
What You’ll Deliver
Design realistic government scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in Egyptian public sector contexts (e.g., administrative operations, social services, compliance reviews, public safety coordination, community programs, citizen service delivery)
Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, policy interpretation, case management, and decision-making tasks
Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism
Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting public sector and government best practices
