About The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced Retail professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Korean retail and consumer-facing environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect operational, customer service, sales, pharmacy, loss prevention, and retail management challenges across supermarkets, pharmacies, department stores, luxury retail, shopping malls, and multi-branch operations. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within a highly active commercial sector.
What You’ll Deliver
Design realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Korean or English grounded in Korean operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination)
Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks
Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism
