Partner Marketing Coordinator | AI & ISV Programs

 

We are seeking a highly organized Partner Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of AI and Independent Software Vendor co marketing programs for a leading global technology company.

This role is focused on keeping partner marketing programs moving by coordinating campaign deliverables, managing cross functional workstreams, tracking timelines, supporting partner facing content, and ensuring reliable execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong project and marketing coordination experience, an execution focused mindset, and hands on experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content development, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day to day execution of partner and co marketing campaigns, including deliverables, approvals, asset handoffs, and launch readiness
• Manage cross functional workstreams across product marketing, events, communications, creative, and developer relations
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, timelines, checklists, and status dashboards
