Technical Sourcing Recruiter

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced, resourceful Sourcing Recruiter to identify and engage strong talent for technology and specialized business roles supporting leading technology organizations.

You will partner closely with our Director of Talent Solutions to turn hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies, connect with candidates, and support daily recruiting operations. This includes managing incoming job requests, creating and posting job descriptions, and keeping candidate pipelines organized and moving forward.

Our environment is fast paced, with multiple new job orders each week and quick turnaround expectations for resume submissions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, thoughtful outreach, and understanding the full story behind a candidate’s experience. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and pivoting quickly as priorities change.
