Position Summary
The Manager of Revenue & Inventory Management is accountable for maximizing revenue and occupancy across Lindblad Expeditions’ global fleet and land operations. This role works with a team on the development and the execution of pricing, inventory and promotional strategies, aligned with company objectives and adapting to market conditions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Oversee day-to-day Revenue Management operations, guiding the team in executing pricing, inventory, and promotional tactics across ship inventory, extensions, flights, and hotel nights, responsive to market dynamics and shifting business priorities.
Monitor booking trends, market conditions and KPIs to identify and address risks and opportunities.
Owns the creation, improvement, and maintenance of spreadsheets and dashboards based on revenue management metrics.
Tracks and reports on capture rate, price, and profitability on voyages, extension
