As part of Ling’s growth marketing team, you’ll develop creative short-form videos and carousels that spotlight language learning, culture, and everyday expressions, bringing Albanian to life through relatable storytelling and trend-driven formats.

Expectations and Outcomes

• Produce short-form videos (Reels) and carousels for organic content, ads, and possibly YouTube that encourage global users to explore Albanian. 
• Showcase unique linguistic and cultural aspects (phrases, expressions, traditions, humor) in a fun and engaging way. 
• Collaborate with Ling’s creative and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals, brand tone, and visual identity. 
• Drive measurable audience growth (views, engagement, and click-throughs to Ling). 
• Drive Installs & Activations by publishing high-performing short-form videos that convert viewers into new users.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure content remains fresh, authentic, and high-performing.
