Business Analyst (Contractual)

About the role:   Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, leading requirements management, process analysis, solution design, and user acceptance activities. Leverage strong business acumen, analytical expertise, and stakeholder management skills to deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence.     What You'll Be Doing:  Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and business outcomes. Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions with cross-functional teams and senior business leaders. Analyze, document, and validate business requirements, current-state processes, and future-state operating models. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and testable acceptance criteria. Govern requirements throughout the project lifecycle to maintain consistency, traceability, and alignment across all levels. Develop and maintain business process maps, data flows, source-to-target mappings, and reporting relationships. Define KPI frameworks, business metrics, calculation logic, dimensions, filters, exception handling rules, and data-quality standards. Establish and maintain business glossaries, metadata repositories, data catalogs, and documentation standards. Advise stakeholders on optimal business and technology solution
