About the role
We're hiring a Head of Growth to build and own our paid acquisition engine from the ground up. You'll be the one who creates this engine, scales it past seven figures in annual spend, and turns it into one of the company's core competitive advantages. This is a true builder role.
You'll be hands-on-keyboard in our ad accounts yourself while also managing agencies, contractors, and creative partners needed to move fast. You'll own the full funnel — from first impression to funded account — and be directly accountable for how efficiently we turn dollars into traders.
