Senior Social Worker - Early Help and Prevention

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Early Help and Prevention Team, based in Medway.
The role involves leading and contributing to the delivery of a highly effective Adult Social Care service within the Early Help and Prevention Locality Team. It focuses on empowering residents to maintain independence through early intervention, holistic assessments, and strength-based approaches.

What will your responsibilities be? 

• Provide professional supervision and oversight to a small team of social care staff.
• Support improvement activities through training, coaching, mentoring, and peer workshops.
• Maintain a complex caseload, managing high-risk situations and safeguarding adults.
• Deliver person-centred, strength-based assessments and interventions.
• Lead on quality assurance and audit activities, analysing data from complaints, safeguarding reviews, and audits to drive service improvements.
• Develop practice guidance, training materials, and best practice toolkits aligned with local and national policy.
• Represent the local authority in panels, meetings, and multi-agency forums.
