Social Worker - Children's Services Duty Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Children's Services Duty Team at Rotherham.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Duty Social Worker to join a busy Children's Services Duty Team based in Rotherham. This role has become available to provide cover for a maternity-related absence within the team.

The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced duty service, managing referrals and assessments, safeguarding children, and ensuring cases are progressed within required timescales.

Duration: Initial 3-month assignment with a strong likelihood of extension until approximately March 2027, subject to service needs and maternity leave arrangements.
Start Date: ASAP, depending on notice arrangements relating to the current post holder.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20-22 children at any one time.
