Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Community Mental Health Team at Sheffield.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Undertaking social care assessments and delivering timely care packages for hospital inpatients prior to discharge
- Some mental capacity assessments, BI decisions and safeguarding as required
- Understanding of Section 117, Attending 117 meetings, ward rounds, professional meetings
- Participation in duty rota
- LAS (Liquid Logic) experience preferred

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
