Social Worker - Generic Adult's Team

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Generic Adult's Team at Rochdale.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Completing Care Act assessments, support plans, reviews, and risk assessments for adults with a range of physical, mental health, and learning disability needs.
• Managing safeguarding concerns, undertaking Section 42 enquiries, and working with partner agencies to promote the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable adults.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary interventions, arranging care packages, and supporting individuals to achieve positive outcomes while maintaining accurate and timely case records.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
