Social Worker – Learning Disabilities
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Learning Disabilities team, based in Leicestershire.This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to support adults with learning disabilities and complex care and support needs to achieve positive outcomes, maximise independence, and live fulfilling lives within their communities.
The successful candidate will work within Adult Social Care, undertaking strengths-based assessments, care planning, safeguarding interventions, and reviews whilst working closely with individuals, carers, families, health professionals, providers, and partner agencies. You will play a key role in promoting empowerment, supporting positive risk-taking, and ensuring individuals receive personalised support that reflects their strengths, goals, and aspirations.
This role requires a confident Social Worker who can manage a varied caseload, work autonomously, and apply professional judgement within complex situations whilst delivering high-quality, person-centred practice.
