Social Worker - Learning Disabilities Review Project

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Learning Disabilities Review Project at Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to work within a county-wide specialist team supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A). The role focuses on reviewing complex and high-cost care packages to ensure they continue to meet individual needs, deliver positive outcomes, promote independence, and provide value for public resources. 

Working closely with Senior Social Workers, Contracts Teams, Brokerage Services, individuals, families, carers, and advocacy services, you will undertake comprehensive reviews and assessments of existing support arrangements. The successful candidate will be experienced in strengths-based and person-centred practice, with the ability to analyse complex situations and make evidence-based recommendations that improve outcomes and maximise wellbeing. 

What will your responsibilities be?

• Completing Care Act 2014 assessments for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism, including cases involving complex and high-cost care packages.
