Social Worker – Mental Health

Our client based in Swindon is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Mental Health Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to work within a progressive and supportive service that is committed to helping adults with mental health needs achieve independence, wellbeing, and positive life outcomes.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary environment, undertaking complex assessments, support planning, safeguarding interventions, and risk management activity. You will play a key role in supporting individuals and their carers through challenging situations, whilst promoting recovery, strengths-based practice, and person-centred approaches that place individuals at the heart of decision-making.
