Social Worker – Mental Health

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult's Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health team, based in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to support adults experiencing complex mental health needs, delivering strengths-based and person-centred interventions that promote independence, recovery, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with individuals, families, carers, health professionals, and partner agencies to assess needs, develop effective support plans, and ensure that people receive the right support at the right time. You will play a key role in empowering individuals to maintain control over their lives whilst applying professional judgement, safeguarding responsibilities, and statutory social work duties within a busy multidisciplinary environment.

This role requires a confident Social Worker who can manage a varied caseload, undertake complex assessments, and support individuals through challenging circumstances while ensuring their rights, choices, strengths, and aspirations remain at the centre of all interventions.
