Graphic Designer

About the Role

Little Spoon is looking for a standout designer to help drive our creative excellence across packaging, marketing comms and advertising channels. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—on the packaging itself, in real-world advertising placements and in the digital space. You’ll flex across packaging design for new launches and product line extensions, create eye-catching print + digital media and support brand campaigns with scroll-stopping visuals. 

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Senior Art Director, Senior Designer, and Marketing team to concept and execute engaging visuals across channels
• Bring our brand to life with best-in-class packaging, ads, activation + event creative, paid/organic social and direct mail
• Maintain visual identity systems that ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint
• Act as a creative partner to our in-house UX/UI team for digital projects when needed
• Flex easily between digital and print projects
• Take on the opportunity to manage a junior designer
